Survival of the fittest: an intensive three-hour Designer Brunch with Kevin Duncan, business adviser, marketing expert and motivational speaker.
After 20 years in advertising, Kevin has spent the last nine as an independent troubleshooter, advising companies on how to change their businesses for the better via change management programmes, non-exec work or better pitching.
His current clients include Saatchi & Saatchi, BT, Lloyds TSB, BDO Stoy Hayward and Interbrand. Kevin will be drawing liberally from his five business books, which will be on sale at discount rates at the Designer Brunch. Several of these have been voted Telegraph Business Club Book of the Week.
This is no off-the-peg presentation; Kevin will address your concerns and incorporate them into the subjects below:
• Being professional – processes to keep your business profitable
• Projecting forward – rethinking the size and shape of your business
• Underpricing and overservicing – how to break the habit
• New briefs from your client – getting them to ‘use you better’
• ‘Downturn – so what?’ Strategies for spotting lucrative market gaps
