More and more companies/organisations seem to be bringing design in-house. This has the obvious benefits of a very close working relationship, with in-house designers knowing the brand/product and so on, and may be a reaction against design agencies high fees.
I'm trying to think of persuasive propositions for companies to "eat out occasionally, rather than have beans at home every day" - though, naturally, the response to this line isn't always positive!
Any views, anyone?
